We are excited to announce Dalia Wimberly as TRC’s newly appointed Executive Director, effective January 1, 2025.
With gratitude, we reflect on the progress we’ve made and the unwavering support of our community. Your dedication has been instrumental in supporting TRC’s focus of elevating the voices of youth during a year of growth and transformation.
As we’ve entered into a New Year, we are excited to embrace creative and innovative opportunities for deepening our impact.
With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program development, and equity-driven initiatives, Dalia brings a wealth of expertise in building and scaling programs, cultivating strategic partnerships, and advancing social justice. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to improving outcomes for underserved youth and their communities.
Having led programs that served thousands of students and families while strengthening organizational capacity, we are confident that her passion, strategic vision, and ability to foster collaboration will usher our organization’s Mission and Vision forward.
Guided by Dalia, TRC’s key priorities will include:
- Elevating youth voice and support through programs and community partnerships
- Building organizational structures tailored toward capacity building
- Strengthening and enhancing community engagement and partnerships
