Mental health isn’t a single program at TRC — it’s the foundation of everything we do.
Every young person in a TRC program has access to one-on-one therapy. No referrals to navigate, no waitlists to figure out on their own — support is built directly into the TRC experience, so youth can get help the moment they need it.
Mental health at TRC isn’t confined to a single service — it’s embedded into everything we do. Across every program, from the Youth Leadership Program to HOPE Seekers, we incorporate healing justice practices that center youth identity, community, and collective care. Our staff are trained to hold space for youth to feel safe, seen, and supported, and every program builds in time for reflection, connection, and processing.
Looking for a dedicated mental health program? HOPE Seekers is TRC’s separate, peer-led mental health program built specifically for high school students.
