There’s more time to show young people that their community is in their corner. The Resiliency Collaborative’s Double the Resilience matching campaign has been extended through December 31, 2026. Eligible gifts will be matched dollar for dollar, while matching funds remain, giving your support twice the reach.
If you missed our October campaign, you haven’t missed your chance to help. Make a gift through our donation page and help keep learning, leadership, and connection within reach for local teens.
One gift. Twice the support.
A generous matching donor has made up to $50,000 available to match community gifts. Our goal is to raise $50,000 in donations and unlock the full match, bringing $100,000 in combined support to TRC’s youth programs.
Here’s what dollar-for-dollar matching means: a $25 gift becomes $50 in support, a $50 gift becomes $100, and a $100 gift becomes $200. You choose the amount that works for you, and the match adds an equal amount while funds remain.
For everyone who has already given, thank you. Your generosity helped get this campaign started, and we’re grateful for the community growing around our young people.
What we’re building together
At TRC, we partner with young people to shape a stronger, more connected community through education, leadership, and resilience. Our work supports teens ages 14–18 in Raleigh and Wake County, with a focus on Black and Brown youth and communities that have experienced persistent underinvestment.
Young people deserve more than a single moment of encouragement. They deserve steady relationships, opportunities to learn, and space to discover what they can contribute.
Your support helps sustain that work across our programs:
- Academic Support: Tutoring and encouragement help students strengthen their skills and stay connected to learning. The work is about meeting young people where they are and supporting their next steps.
- Changemakers: Youth leadership opportunities give young people space to explore issues they care about and put their ideas into action. Teens are partners in shaping their communities, not simply recipients of support.
- HOPE Seekers: Mental health literacy and resilience programming create opportunities to learn, connect, and practice skills for navigating challenges. Caring peers and adults help make those conversations possible.
These parts of a young person’s life are connected. When we invest in learning, leadership, and resilience together, we help build the conditions for young people to feel seen, supported, and ready to lead.
Help us carry the momentum through December 31
The extended match gives our community more time to take part, but you don’t have to wait until the last day of the year. A gift today helps TRC plan for the steady support young people need, while moving us closer to unlocking the full matching commitment.
Already made a gift? Sharing the campaign with a friend, family member, or colleague is another meaningful way to help. A personal invitation can introduce someone new to the work and the young people at its heart.
Donate today and double your support for TRC youth. Together, we can turn this extended opportunity into lasting support for young people who are learning, leading, and building a more connected community.
