Impact Report

Letter from the Executive Director

Dear TRC Community,

The year 2024 has been a year of resilience, transformation, and unwavering commitment to our mission. While we have faced unexpected challenges that tested our strength as an organization, we have emerged stronger, more united, and more determined than ever for the youth and community we serve.

Adversity has a way of revealing the true strength of a community, and this year, we have witnessed that strength firsthand. The Resiliency Collaborative was founded on the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of the barriers they face. Through transparency, accountability, and collective action, we have reaffirmed our dedication to the young people at the heart of our work. Though we encountered obstacles that could have set us back, we chose to lean into the hard work of growing, learning, and living out our values. We took intentional steps to rebuild and reaffirm our foundation, ensuring that our mission remains at the center of everything we do.

In the face of their own challenges, our youth have shown courage, determination, and an unshakable belief in their potential. They are not just participants in our programs; they are leaders, change-makers, and visionaries shaping a better future for themselves and their communities. Their resilience inspires us to push forward, to innovate, and to ensure that TRC remains a source of unwavering support and opportunity.

As we step into 2025, we do so with clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose. Together, we will continue to build a future where every young person has the opportunity to flourish. We are building something lasting—an organization that not only withstands challenges but grows through them. Thank you for walking alongside us on this journey.

With gratitude,

Dalia Wimberly
